About Buy IPTV 4K: one payment, one end date, plain answers

Buy IPTV 4K is an independent online seller of IPTV access plans for homes in the UK. What we sell is a login that runs for a fixed number of months, not a box, an app or a contract. This page covers who we are, why we sell this way and where our promises stop.

Who we are

Who runs the shop

We are a small, independent team, and the shop exists only online. Nobody who makes programmes, televisions or player apps stands behind us or works with us. The « 4K » in our name is the sharpest picture a plan can reach, on programmes produced in 4K; it is not a promise that every channel is in 4K.

Our product is a set of login details: username, password and server URL. Typed into a player of your choosing, they open more than 40,000 live channels and 120,000 films and series to stream on demand. The players come from their own developers, and their names and logos remain theirs.

Customers find us from across the UK and reach us by WhatsApp or email, so the details are set for British homes: pounds on the price, British time in the listings, British channels at the head of the list.

This site carries no team portraits, no first names and no tally of orders. What it does show is each step of an order and each line of the message you receive, so you can judge the shop on those.

How we sell

Why every order is one payment with an end date

We sell access the way a shop sells a ticket: one price, a first day and a last day, all known before you hand over any money. The total on the receipt is the total you will ever pay for that order.

Your bank details never sit with us between orders, because there is nothing to collect later. Once the last day passes, the login goes quiet; whether there is a next order is entirely up to you, and it comes with new details for the same players.

The cost to you is a few minutes once a year or so, when you decide whether to carry on. What you gain is a statement with no surprises on it. The four IPTV packages show what each length costs before you decide.

On every order

  • The price on the card is the price paid
  • The last day written in your message
  • Nothing debited after that day
  • A next order only when you ask for one

Promises

What we promise, and what we will not

The left column is what you can hold us to. The other two are where honesty means saying « it depends ».

We put in writing

  • Your login roughly 2 minutes after you pay, day or night
  • The end date, in the same message
  • One payment, with no renewal behind it
  • Money back within 7 days if the login never comes or nothing plays despite our help
  • A straight answer before you pay if your device will not do what you want

We will not claim

  • Constant 4K: only titles produced in 4K reach it
  • A number for the 4K channels or films
  • Freedom from buffering on every evening, or a percentage of uptime
  • Your old username carrying over to a new order
  • Star ratings or reviews: none have been sent yet

Depends on your home

  • The broadband speed at the TV, in the evening
  • Wi-Fi range from the router
  • A 4K TV, an HDMI 2.0 socket and HEVC decoding for 4K
  • The player you choose, made by another company
  • One household per login

The site shows no customer reviews yet. They will appear only when real UK customers send them, word for word.

Support

How support works

The team answers in English around the clock (24/7), through WhatsApp or email. It is one team from start to finish: whoever helped you choose a plan can also look at your payment, your first login or a problem that appears months later.

Before an order, a short description of your TV and your connection is enough for us to say whether a plan will work, and we would rather say no than sell you something your setup cannot show.

For a problem, a photo of the screen and the name of the player usually halve the conversation. We go through it step by step on your own device rather than sending a link to a manual. The contact page lists what to include so the first reply is a useful one.

When something is outside our reach, such as a router at the far end of the house or a TV that cannot decode HEVC, we say so plainly and suggest the least costly fix we know.

Your data

What we keep about an order

A way to reach you

The WhatsApp number or email address the order came from, so the login and any help reach the right person.

The plan and its dates

Which plan you bought, the day it started and the day it ends, so we can answer questions about it.

No card numbers

Card and PayPal details stay with the payment company. We see that a payment went through, not the card behind it. Retention periods for the rest are set out in the privacy policy.

Guides

Why we write buying guides

Most questions we receive come before the payment, not after it. The buying guides answer them one at a time: how a card payment and its bank approval work, what a Fire TV stick needs, what an M3U playlist is and how to judge any seller, us included.

They were last gone through on 5 November 2026, and the date beneath each title shows it. For the purchase itself, start with how to buy IPTV from us, step by step.

Read the four plans, then ask us anything

Four plans, each settled in one go and each with its final day in writing. Questions before you choose cost nothing, and the team reads them 24/7.
