Your right to cancel an order

The legal position

Buying at a distance usually comes with fourteen days to cancel. For digital content the right ends as soon as delivery starts, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and accepted losing the right. Asking for the login at once, which is how every order here works, counts as that agreement.

What Buy IPTV 4K adds

Even so, the money is returned within 7 days of paying when the login message never reached you, or when not one screen at home shows a picture once our team has worked through the settings with you. The steps are on the money-back page.
