Personal data at Buy IPTV 4K

Recorded when you buy

  • The WhatsApp number or email address the order came from, which is also where the login goes.
  • The plan bought, its price and its start and end dates.
  • Our conversation about the order, set-up or a refund.

The card or PayPal payment itself happens on the payment company’s page: Buy IPTV 4K sees that it went through, never the card number. The website runs no tracking or advertising cookies.

Used for

Delivering the login, answering your questions, sending a receipt on request and handling a refund. Nothing is passed to marketers or anyone else.

Deleted when

Order details are erased three years after the plan’s end date; payment records are kept six years because UK tax law requires it.

Asking for a copy, a change or erasure

Email [email protected]. A reply comes within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) takes complaints.
